Burf & former Assistant Head Teacher  Zac Phillips were so concerned about the shrinking opportunities for young people from South London to get into the City, they decided to do something about it. In 2009 the 'Kidsgloves' charity was born.

The aim of Kidsgloves is to forge a path for hard working young people (especially  those from poorer backgrounds) to access the City. Burf says: "We called it Kidsgloves because we give young people 'a fighting chance' to maximise their potential."
